It is the policy of UAT to:
- Provide high quality design, installation and maintenance service of video conferencing equipment and audio visual systems
- Commit UAT to complying with agreed clients' requirements, relevant statutory and regulatory requirements
- Commit UAT to continual improvement of services quality and quality management system
- Cultivate quality awareness among staff through provision of appropriate training
