Ethnical Use of UAT Registered Logo

Any use of the UAT name, logo, trademark/s, or hyperlinks must be in accordance with the UAT License provisions of the UAT Terms and Conditions set forth below. You agree to these provisions when you use, reproduce, download, copy or add the UAT logo, trademark/s, or hyperlinks to your Web site, and your compliance with these terms and conditions are an absolute requirement of your continued use thereof. UAT reserves the right to rescind your use of the UAT logo, trademark(s) or hyperlinks at any time, for any or no reason.

License and Terms and Conditions for Linking to the UAT

The UAT offers users and publishers a non-assignable, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license to link to the UAT web site/s, and/or to use the UAT name, logos, and trademark(s) subject to the following provisions. the UAT logos may be placed on a Web site for the sole purpose of creating a link to the UAT and allowing users of your site to access the Products and Services on the UAT. The UAT logos may not be used for any other purpose, including, among other purposes, to suggest sponsorship by, or affiliation with, or endorsement by the UAT. The UAT logos may not be altered in any manner; they must appear by themselves, with reasonable spacing (at least the height of the logo) between each side of the applicable logo or other graphic or textual elements. They may not be used to disparage the UAT, its products or services, or in a manner which, in UAT's reasonable judgment, may diminish or otherwise damage UAT's good will in the UAT logos. By using any such UAT logos, you acknowledge that the UAT has exclusive rights to them, and that all good will generated through your use of them will inure to the benefit of the UAT. If you use the UAT logos, you must include appropriate attribution, for example: "UAT® is a registered trademark of Ultra Active Technology Limited." UAT reserves the right to revoke this license or to alter its terms from time to time, for any or no reason, with or without notice. UAT reserves the right to take action against any use that does not conform to these provisions. Users agree that all uses of UAT's trademarks, logos or trade names will inure to the benefit of UAT. These guidelines are applicable worldwide.
