Sun Microsystems holds 3 days of Sales and Technical training to APAC Storage Practice and Channel Partners in Hong Kong and China to kick-off the new Fiscal Year and accomplish one goal, sell more storage! As a major part of the event, Jonathan Schwartz the CEO and President of Sun Microsystems will give speech at a remote site to the audience in Disneyland Hotel, Hong Kong.

Live broadcasting and interactive training

UAT is pleased to provide audiovisual conferencing solution and on-site technical support to the Sun Microsystems for the Sun Storage Academy APAC 2007 with 600+ audiences.

To broadcast the live presentation from the remote site in China, UAT integrates the Polycom group video conferencing system to the audio and visual central control system to achieve optimistic voice and video quality. Considering the best performance quality and reliability, Polycom mainstream video conferencing systems was selected for this event.

The presentation at remote site was broadcasted to the local audience via Polycom’s People+Content™ technology, that is, presentation content was showing on one screen and the video of the remote presenter was showing on the another screen.  Also, local audience could immediately response to the presenter’s questions via the Polycom conferencing system lively.
