Multi-Media Central Control Conferencing Solution

A comprehensive Polycom audio conference solution is used for high-quality and reliable conferencing.  Polycom Vortex® installed-base audio conferencing best satisfies the purpose with quality sound control system for wide band audio, low noise and echo cancellation.

With industry leading acoustic echo cancellation, patented noise cancellation, and easy-to-use configuration software, the Vortex products tame the acoustical environments and produce clear, crisp voice quality - even during simultaneous conversations.

The boardroom is powered by an AMX control system via a wireless touch panel.  The simplicity of the touch panel allows any employee to manipulate the other presentation equipment and environment such as curtain, lighting, audio conference, projector and screen, and computer presentation in the conference room.

The front table has delicate compartments of hidden computer plugs for connecting PC to presentation output.  Wide dispersion planar loudspeakers are installed on the ceiling to keep the sight elegant.  With elaborate placement of ceiling microphones and boundary microphones on each table for the best acoustical environment, participants can focus on the group discussion naturally.
