VF Corporation is known as one of the world's largest apparel companies, offering consumers high quality, high value branded apparel. The company grows rapidly and its business spans virtually every channel of distribution with leading brands in jeanswear, intimate apparel, outdoor and specialty apparel.

The challenge

With expanding business, the company needed to locate a more efficient and effective communication solution to build up closer relationship with business partners. On the other hand, due to relocation, a professional and hi-tech multimedia system is required to have better conference room management.

The solution

The project involves upgrading company's communication among HK, USA, China and other locations. With deployment of video and audio conferencing solution, the company has successfully enhanced collaboration among business partners and branch companies.

Furthermore, two conference rooms and two training rooms in the office have been upgraded to be modern and they are fully automated. Every room is equipped with a projector which delivers video or computer content during a presentation for the use of internal training or conference. For the sake of easy control over AV equipment in the rooms, a central control system is installed. By using the keypad in every room or touch panel, users can control projector and adjust ceiling speaker volume easily.
