Event brief

To celebrate the worldwide launch of WINGS, the OTTO International (Hong Kong) Limited holds the launch ceremony on 4th March, 2008 at Grand Harbour View Hotel together with 13 branch offices in Hamburg, Korean, Vietnam, Shanghai, Qingdao, Dongguan, New Deli, Mumbai, Bangkok, Riga, Istanbul, Milan and Brazil.

Multi-Location Live Broadcasting and Recording

During the joint event with all branch offices in every country, each branch office had performed its local cultural related performance to celebrate global launch of WINGS. To achieve the purpose of the celebration with all the staff around the world, each location had a video conferencing system equipped. The video conferencing systems at each office had made a video conferencing call to the Polycom RMX200 high definition multipoint conferencing system located at Hong Kong to have a life and interactive event.

The performance in each location was lively and interactively broadcasted to all other offices around the world via Polycom RMX 2000 high definition multipoint conferencing system. To optimize the quality, Hong Kong side had used a Polycom HDX8000 video conferencing system to get the high definition video. With use of the Polycom RMX2000, the video of each office was flexibly shown as required.
