Project Description
To keep up the rapid economic growth in the major city of Mainland China, a total audio visual collaboration solution is essential to bridge up the communication connections between Hong Kong and the PRC offices, that allows immediate communication and instant decision making among offices.
Solutions
UAT designed, integrated and installed video conference and presentation systems for the conference room of CIB Offices in Cheng Du, Shanghai and Guangzhou. The solution provides a possibilities to have both regular and ad-hoc meetings, ensuring that decisions can be made faster.
Conference room
High performance video conferencing system is crucial to the Bureau and the boardroom is designed for it. The Polycom VSX 8000 video conferencing system is installed for medium-large sized conferences up to 30 participants. A large LCD display is installed for multi-media presentation and audio video conferencing.
Integrating with the AMX central control system, meeting participant can manipulate the conferencing equipments such as conferencing system, electronic curtains, DVD recorder, audio and video broadcasting and lighting easily to best fit the conferencing environment.
Main lobby and reception Area
Visitors and employees are impressed by the video display at the main lobby, reception area and hallways. The Sharp 42-inch LCD display is mounted at the reception area for news display.
