Project Description

Ultra Active Technology Limited provided a unified collaborative communications (UCC) solution to the Government of Macau SAR, Department of Health.  It is a solution with integration of voice, video and Web or data conferencing.

All-in-one mobile conferencing solution

To allow real time communication among different offices and clinics for improving productivity and efficiency, UAT provides total 18 sets of the mainstream SlimPro™ mobile systems each equipped with Polycom VSX6000 video conferencing system and Sharp LCD display for highest flexibility and the best price-performance in one set. 

Multi-point conferencing solution

To accommodate multiple sites conferencing simultaneously, a multi-point bridging tool is the essential tool to enhance the conferencing function for multiple parties.  Polycom MGC-100 is the best option to perform the aforesaid purpose.  It enables the seamless transition from point-to-point to multi-parties conferencing, with added value features such as advanced conference management.  The MGC supports both on-demand and scheduled conferencing, making it simple for end users to initiate an instant conference from their keypad (voice), remote control (video), or buddy list (WebOffice).  Alternatively, users can take advantage of Webbased Microsoft® Outlook® or IMB® Lotus Notes® scheduling tools to easily book conference resources and invite participants.
