UAT recognizes our responsibility to contribute to the communities in which we interact and live. UAT actively supports the growth and diversification of tertiary education. UAT was invited for joining the education exchange activity at Kowloon Technical School. It is a technical secondary school founded by the Hong Kong Government in Sham Shui Po, Kowloon.

Coordinated by the Kowloon Technical School, the Hong Kong Linux Industry Association has invited Mr. Sun, Executive Secretary from Software Liberty Association, Taiwan and Mr. Lam, the Chief Planner of Educational Network Centre of Yilan county, Taiwan to share the experience of the usage of Chinese open source software with the local students. In return, the students have introduced their development on super computer, and shared their experiences of developing a 2 x video-wall with existing hardware and monitors. As an audio visual business leader, UAT also shares the experience, usage and the standard on video-wall solution in a corporate environment. This education exchange provides both students and guests with nourishment.
